The Jawaharpur Super Thermal Power Station is a strategically important power generation project aimed at strengthening the electricity supply in Uttar Pradesh and supporting the state’s long-term industrial and economic growth.

Scope of Work

GISF Engineering’s scope of work for the DPSI Jawaharpur project included fabrication and supply of critical boiler and power plant structural components, such as:

  • Boiler structure components including Columns, Auto Weld Beams, and Bracings

  • Fabrication and supply of primary steel structural components

  • Structural steel fabrication for Hot Air Ducts and Cold Air Ducts

  • Execution as per NTPC-approved drawings, standards, and specifications

  • Quality inspection, dimensional checks, and surface preparation

GISF successfully supplied over 5000 metric tonnes of primary structural steel for boiler structures. In addition, the company fabricated and supplied more than 2700 metric tonnes of structural steel for both hot and cold air duct systems, meeting the project’s demanding technical and quality requirements.
