GISF Engineering Private Limited has a robust and reliable power and compressed air infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and fabrication operations. The facility is equipped with a well-planned Diesel Generator (DG) setup and high-capacity air compressor systems, supporting continuous production even during power fluctuations or outages.
Diesel Generator (DG) Setup
GISF operates four diesel generator sets with individual capacities ranging from 82.5 KVA to 500 KVA. The combined installed DG capacity is 1000 KVA, providing strong backup power support for heavy fabrication, welding, machining, and material handling operations. In addition, GISF has a 500 KVA sanctioned electrical load from the Haryana State Government, ensuring stable and sufficient power supply during normal operations.

Air Compressor System
GISF Engineering Private Limited is also equipped with four air compressors fitted with dryers, delivering a combined compressed air capacity of 500 CFM. The air compressors supply clean and dry compressed air required for pneumatic tools, CNC machines, blasting operations, painting systems, and other fabrication processes.
The integrated dryer system ensures moisture-free air, improving tool performance, reducing maintenance requirements, and enhancing overall process efficiency.
