GISF Engineering Private Limited has dedicated facilities for surface preparation, metalizing, and protective coating, ensuring long-term durability and corrosion resistance of fabricated steel structures. These processes are critical for projects exposed to harsh environmental conditions such as power plants, bridges, refineries, and infrastructure installations.
Blasting
GISF’s blasting facility is capable of achieving ISO 8501-1 surface preparation standards up to SA 2.5, ensuring a clean and properly prepared steel surface for coating application. Controlled blasting operations help remove mill scale, rust, and contaminants, resulting in excellent paint adhesion and extended coating life.
The facility has the capacity to perform blasting of approximately 1000 square meters per day, enabling high-volume and time-bound project execution while maintaining consistent surface quality.
Metalizing & Painting
GISF offers comprehensive metalizing and painting services to meet diverse customer and project-specific requirements. Multiple coating systems are applied strictly in accordance with approved paint data sheets and client specifications, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
Painting operations are carried out using airless painting guns, allowing uniform coating thickness and high-quality surface finish. The facility is capable of painting approximately 1000 square meters per day, depending on coating system and layer requirements.
Key advantages of GISF’s blasting and painting facilities include:
-
High-quality surface preparation as per ISO standards
-
Uniform and durable protective coatings
-
Capability to handle multi-layer coating systems
-
Improved corrosion resistance and extended service life
