The CNC Drilling Machine is capable of processing steel beams and box sections up to 1200mm × 3000mm × 18000mm in length, making it ideal for large structural components required in bridges, power plants, and heavy industrial structures. Equipped with a single high-speed spindle operating up to 3000 RPM, the machine supports carbide drilling operations with a maximum drilling capacity of 50mm diameter.
Designed for high productivity, the system can achieve a drilling output of approximately 50 meters of running length per day, based on an average hole diameter of 26mm in steel. This high throughput enables GISF to meet tight project schedules without compromising precision or quality.
